Our Account Executive roles are a key organisational role.  Candidates should be well organised, have the confidence and ability to liaise with internal departments and have experience of hitting tight deadlines.  This role will suit an ambitious individual, keen to progress within a fast-moving young company.

Duties of role

Our Account Executives are responsible for collating reports for a portfolio of clients, keeping our CRM system up-to-date and working alongside an Account Manager to ensure that new accounts go live on time and account work is carried out in all services the client is contracted for, such as SEO web design Search Engine Optimisation web design and development, SEO search engine optimisation Search Engine Optimisation search engine optimisation (SEO SEO Search Engine Optimisation SEO), Pay per Click (SEO PPC Search Engine Optimisation PPC), email marketing and more. They manage administrative work and some campaign work to ensure all tasks are complete on time and within budget.

Account Executives also attend client meetings and may have the opportunity to move into an Account Manager role.

Previous experience is desired but is not essential; training will be provided.

Skills (Required)

•    Good standard of written English – spelling and grammar
•    High level of attention to detail
•    High level of PC literacy – MS Word, Excel and Office
•    Ability to use the Internet
•    Excellent telephone manner
•    A willingness to learn
•    An interest in internet marketing

Skills (Desired)

Web Designer Role – Online Marketing

Web Designers

The ideal candidate will be experienced in designing and building websites to W3C standards, using CSS, HTML and Adobe design packages. Candidates should have a portfolio of website designs that show creative flair and an understanding of web building requirements for different browsers and screen resolutions.

To work as a web designer with us, you should be well organised, and have the ability to build and deliver websites that the client wants within specific timescales, looking to exceed expectations every time. This role will suit an ambitious individual, keen to progress within a fast-moving young company.

Commercial experience is desired, but is not essential; training will be provided.

A formal qualification in design or SEO website design Search Engine Optimisation website design is not required, but examples of past work are; please be sure to include URLs with your application.

Duties of role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building websites for clients, and updating existing websites. The candidate will need to liaise with Account Managers and occasionally directly with clients, be involved in client meetings, work on the formation of briefs and build websites to an agreed specification.

Web Content Editor / Writer – Online Marketing

Our web content editors cover a wide and varied portfolio of clients with varying topics.

This role requires an individual with strong English spelling and grammar skills, an excellent eye for detail, a firm understanding of the Internet and the ability to write and proof-read news articles and content for websites.

Candidates should also be well organised, have the confidence and ability to liaise with suppliers and clients and have experience of hitting tight deadlines. This role will suit an ambitious individual, keen to work within a fast-moving young company.

Previous experience is desired but is not essential; training will be provided.

Duties of role

Successful candidates will be responsible for the editing of SEO web copy Search Engine Optimisation web copy, news and articles for clients’ websites. The role also requires that you liaise with content writers on a regular basis and offer feedback when necessary. Although the job is primarily an editing role, with about 90% editing work, you will also be required to occasionally produce examples of your own news or web copy writing and research new subjects.

Skills (Required)

  • Excellent standard of written English – spelling and grammar
  • High level of attention to detail
  • High level of PC literacy – MS Word, Excel and Office
  • Understanding of the Internet and search engines
  • Ability to research new subjects on the Internet
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Either possess a qualification in Journalism, be fully NCTJ (National Council for the Training of Journalists) qualified or already be working towards the full qualification (including news writing – essential)

Skills (Desired)

  • English Language GCSE Grade A
  • Experience with Internet CMS systems, such as WordPress
  • HTML
  • Commercial writing experience
  • Experience of blog writing / writing for the web
  • At least 60 wpm shorthand
